Purpose: To ensure punctuality for both the driver and the customer, and optimize the use of time.

We value your time and ours. Therefore:

• Our drivers will be present at the pickup location 10 minutes before the agreed time.
• The customer will be granted a courtesy waiting period of up to 40 minutes.
• For airport services, the waiting time begins once the flight has landed and continues until 40 minutes after landing.

Additional waiting times are free of charge.
